Balanced olive oil

Yara (يارا) means "little butterfly" in Tunisian – light and free, yet always in harmony with its surroundings.

I come from Chemlali olives, harvested in the middle of the season, in December. At the exact moment when everything is in balance: not too mild, not too intense. This is where fruitiness, bitterness, and a light piquancy meet perfectly.

You will notice a clear fruitiness, a gentle bitterness, and a subtle peppery finish. Enough character to stand out, without being overpowering.

I am the ideal olive oil for everyday use – versatile, balanced, and suitable for almost any dish.
