Intense olive oil

Dalia (داليا) stands for strength and vitality in Tunisian – like an olive tree, deeply rooted and full of energy.

I come from Chetoui olives, which are harvested early while they are still green and full of vitality. At this stage, the olives develop their particularly intense character – and that is exactly what creates my flavor.

I am bolder and more expressive, with a distinct bitterness and a peppery finish. You feel me more intensely – and that is exactly what makes me appealing.
