Aus meine Sicht im mittleren Qualitätsbereich, da es im Abgang leider etwas bitter wirkt.

besten Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung.
Extra Virgin Olivenöl hat drei Qualitätsmerkmale: Bitterkeit, Schärfe und Fruchtigkeit.
Alle drei müssen vorhanden sein, dass ein Olivenöl als Extra Virgin klassifiziert werden kann.
Ein Olivenöl, dass keine Bitterkeit hat, wurde weniger schonend verarbeitet und darf nicht als Extra Virgin klassifiziert werden.
-> Eventuell wäre aber unser 'Hana - Leicht', welches sehr mild ist, besser für Sie geeignet :)
